Line baking tins with baking paper If you want to avoid excess fat, a simple trick can be to line your baking tins with baking paper. With our little tip, you can put the paper in the mold without wrinkling it - something that often creates ugly lines at the edges of the cake. Take a Toppits® baking paper and place it in the bottom of the mold. Then cut the sheet into the same round shape and size. With the new non-slip underside, the paper does not move, staying firmly on the form. This way it's even easier for you to get the measurements right! The next step is to cover the edges of the mold. Use the leftover paper and cut it into straight strips. The height of the strips should match the height of the baking tin.
